One of the most important elements of the weekend happens before the weekend happens with the pre-work. We've had people express how much the pre-work was helpful to getting the most out of the entire weekend. During the pre-work we focus on helping you with the biggest piece of your business, identifying/tweaking your niche. Why? Because generating qualified leads means we must know exactly who is a qualifieed lead. This means getting CRYSTAL clear on 2 elements; your expertise (the specific thing you're a beast at) and your audience (the specific group of people you're called to serve)

But most important to us is you beginning to implement what we teach before the weekend is over. We have built in time for finalizing ideas, generating leads, practicing your messaging, role playing your sales call, and more. While you won't have every single thing done in the weekend you'll walk away fully understanding how to do it, not from us teaching it alone, but because you will have already done it yourself.
AFTER THE WEEKEND ENDS:

The first is our course on program design. We show you how to develop your own methodology, meaning your process or system for creating transformation for your clients. Essentially, we show you how to design a program that gets results for your clients.
